i was pretty stoked when uni was supporting faker
then today i found out utas hobart was supporting faker AND gyroscope -_-

and coincidentally i was listening to gyroscope's relatively new one, 1981.

on to stuff that has been going on around here.
launceston has many old people
many being lonely.

i have an off day from uni today
yes, i have been waking up 25 mins before uni starts for the last 3 days and hectically rushing up a hill and jogging at a fair speed for like 10 mins,banana and yoghurt that i shoved down before running out churning in my stomach.

today i didn't have to do that.
no, i was staying in bed till 3.


however at 10am the door bell rang twice and my housemate wasn't home so i peered outside my window to find the lady from next door standing there.

you think thats ok.
yeh it is but this lady has been coming over alot lately.

it all started 3 nights ago
she came over to vist my housemate and give her something but shaq wasn't home so i invited her in and gave her timtams :p

she ended up staying for 4 hours -_-
telling me her life story about how her mother never loved her and her husband who was abused when he was young so he also never showed her affection :/

that was okay, i could take that
but she has been coming over every night since
sort of finding excuses to come over like bringing a toaster oven over one night
which we don't need cos we already have one..and vegetable pastries

i got kind of scared when she said how she saw me running to uni and commented how my hair was so bouncy.
i had a scary image of her sitting at her window watching who crosses her nature strip,obviously she doesn't do that -_-
but that scared me.

which brings us back to this morn.
i ripped open the shutters to see the cause of my rude awakening.
for some reason , i didn't feel obliged. so i like ducked down into my bed and FROZE :p i felt really awful as she kept ringing my doorbell but i really wasn't in the mood for visitors at such an early hour.

Now i feel so evil cos i know she is a lonely woman :p

i am not dead
just in launceston
which is similar cos i dont see anyone in melbourne and so
its sorta like being dead : /

anyway

my flight was delayed by 5 hours.
i was soooo bored.
i basically walked around the melbourne airport 10 times and got a hand spa thing in the body shop
ooh and bought some make up.( and thats the prodctive stuff -_-)
rest was spent bitching with shauna on the phone and watching the take off.

oh used my laptop a fair bit too .. watched a movie and finally resorted to playing the sims

well when i finally got here..
we ( being my sister and i) discovered A PEANUT BUTTER MAKING MACHINE



I WAS SO EXCITED cos u guys know i LOVE peanut butter :p
oh and cream cheese but i dont think you can make your own..that'll be too complicated.

the housemate i'm living with has the CUTEST doggie everrrr!!

well this year we watched definitely,maybe.

1 min into the movie and i thought
" DAMMIT i wish i watched jumper instead "
its pretty yawn :/
i proceeded to pick at my nails during the 5 min long intro of him walking around the city, the point of the movie aimed to make girls fall in love with him.
a slow slow story and rather boring..
although half way throgh the movie you can hear huddled-in-a-ball-xinni's rather audible sobs and see the guys staring at the screen with wide eyes.
melina was sitting on the floor doing something so i dont think she liked it.

dinner was at lygon
then xinni plastered herself to brunetti's walls
staring at the display of cakes that started from the ceiling.

didn't get to meet up with yan,as planned..:p

anyway i got back home feeling all upset cos i have to leave a fair few good friends behind when i leave this monday.

but when i got online,my mother popped up in an offline msg going on abt how i got a 3rd round offer in latrobe shep nursing.

er.

then everyone started telling me that internal transfer is easier.
so i went to bed with alot on my mind.

this morn i get 2 but effing annoying calls at 10 T_T
at the same time.
no joke.

i was first woken up by my new and VERY LOUD ringtone
asking me to record a voice mail msg
i totally screwed it up and and my voice sounded crackly cos i just woke up

and now i can't change it , effing hell.
i'm just not gonna activate it, HAH stupid voicemail.

then 5 mins into the call, my familiar mylo ringtone came from the other side of the room.

it was the latrobe enrolment people.

they started persuading me and calling utas "not as good"
which is sorta true for latrobe, it is better for nursing.

then i asked the magic question

" is internal transfer easier than uni to uni reapplication "

and she said ,

no.

so i said "okay thank you"
and hung up -_-.

and went back to fixing my voice mail msg but i CAN'T !!

ARGH

ANOTHER BLOODY PROBLEM TO ADD TO MY LIST OF NEVER ENDING PROBLEMS.

her name is inka or something like that.
whatever.

i can honestly say that she is one of the best looking singaporeans i've seen.

even with her hair slicked back and in her daggy uniform she still manages to look so pretty. don't you just wana hug her :D !!
she's so gorgeous !

yeh thats right inka , make that other asian chic look like a whacked up asian version of bindi irwin.

well off to tasmania in a week.
kinda looking foward to meeting new friends,at the same time being scared of them.

orientation for nursing is in 3 batches on 3 differnt days so i'm scared you know they would have their cliques from orientation,camp and stuff before uni even starts and its too late for me to quickly slide myself into one.

i was fortunate to have "a.m.l.f.x.m.b.r" in my year level.
Those very good friends made my high school life so much fun and i didn't have the insecurity of hanging out by myself during lunch or in the toilet, alike the movie mean girls :p
i'm going to miss them so bloody much lah.

i will remember them when i am alone and curled up in my bed crying cos i have no friends in uni.

haven't blogged for a bit.
due to days of plain laziness or the hectic times of moving house for the 6th time.
may i add,
when i say hectic i mean HECTIC.

picture this crazy scene.

on the first day of chinese new year,

the post office closing and here comes shauna running like a psychopath screaming and waving her hand telling them " STOP NO DONT CLOSE" and me running after her with a bloody 20kg box full of clothing

but i get lost cos i have been to monash university like 3 times in my entire life and having to walk like 800m with this box making me cranky.. so i use every strength in my body to carry it but when shauna runs back to find me, i jam my finnger in the sliding door and drop the box hence having a mini bitch fit.

then some nice hippie druggo comes by and offers to carry the box so he carries the box for the remainder of the journey.
but when he gets there..we realise we left the address of the house in car so i have to RUN back to the car and shauna rings mum and chris up shrieking :p

and i spent 15 min running around finding the car cos i didnt take notice of where we parked the car.
finally i come back and find out that chris got the add online -__-


yes.
i told you it was hectic.


anyways i caught up with them two geeks last night :)

haha okay so anu and laura are far from geeks
but they are so funny :p

we went to a dingy bar in st jeromes st, hidden seconds away from melbourne central

at first, i was like O_O
cos the exterior of the bar was literally this hole in the wall
stationed in a lane full of "artistic graffiti".



man, it was only like 7:30 but the bar was so packed ..
but then again , being so small , like 5 people would have made it packed.

hahha joke.

it was a change from the hoards of annoying clubs donning stupid names such as FLIRT with douche bags spinning overplayed house tracks , you know clubs which are dripping with pretentiousness that seem to be proliferating at such a fast pace.

makeshift is a word that came to mind as soon as i walked into the courtyard full of milk crates and dirt.



i have never been to such a place in me life :p
it felt like paris and half expected je veux te voir to play and the lovely lads from trop la classe to stroll in.





francoise civil, you make me watch french shows with no subtitles :p

oh well, good looking meterosexuals wern't of short.
spotting a chace crawford clone wearing a worn in pair of cool shoes, a beer in hand and laughing rather politley at his mate's lame joke made my night :p
